Email Style Guide: T-Mobile
T-Mobile saw an opportunity to streamline their approach to email communications. They tasked us with creating templates and a style guide that creative agencies and internal teams could use to make their bold brand shine.
Our team created a system of components that could be combined into different templates for their primary email types. In addition to establishing ux, writing, and design guidelines, we established ways to “break” the templates when necessary.
We created the style guide and collaborated with key stakeholders to prove the concept through several concurrent projects. The client was thrilled about our pared-back approach, which created limitations around the length of content emphasized product imagery.
