Intro Materials: Amazon Echo



Amazon Echo and the Seattle Mariners partnered up to make the suite experience even smarter. They asked the D1 team to create educational materials that would help guests use special features enabled specifically for Safeco Field suites.



Rather than starting from the beginning of Echo’s typical brand storyline, we threw sports fans right into the action by suggesting copy that prioritized action. A table card and TV screen messaging encouraged guests to learn by trying out the Alexa virtual assistant.



These materials are available in select Mariners suites, and will remain as the program is rolled out to the remaining suites. Data about this campaign is not available yet.
